Do I need a developer?
No. Everything is set in the panel. For your own domain you add one DNS record, and the panel shows you which.
What does it cost?
There is no subscription. You pay the wholesale price for each eSIM issued, from your prepaid balance.
Will customers see it is not my store?
The store, eSIM page and messages carry your name.
Who handles customer support?
First contact is on your side because it is your store. We help you with technical eSIM issues.
What if a customer changes their mind?
You can cancel an uninstalled eSIM in the panel and the wholesale price returns to your balance. After installation you send a cancellation request, and a refund depends on the eSIM’s state. Customer refunds are made through your payment account.
Which phones support eSIM?
Most recent iPhones and flagship Android phones. The phone must not be carrier-locked.
